Low Carb Vanilla Cream Soda Recipe
If you're looking for something sweet but quick, not chocolate, and
super low on carbs - this one is for you. In total, this recipe has
maybe 1 carb (depending on how much cream you use), but it really does
fill you up and make you feel satisfied!
I use a 12-16 oz glass for this recipe because it's that filling! All
you need is a diet cola, some heavy cream, and sugar free vanilla
syrup. I personally prefer Diet Rite or Diet RC because both have
Splenda as the sweetener. My syrup of choice is DaVinci French
Vanilla, because it's really strong and thus goes a long way.
Put a few cubes of ice into your glass first, then...
1. Fill your glass about 3/4 of the way with the diet cola
2. Add about half a teaspoon of the DaVinci Syrup (Other syrups I've
tried needed at least one full teaspoon for this recipe)
3. Stir that around, then fill the glass the rest of the way with
heavy cream. Leave some room at the top though, because you'll have
foam in a minute.
4. Stir the mixture well (I like to stir as I'm adding the cream,
because it makes more foam!)
Enjoy!
